We have obtained the ISO 9001:2015 Certificate, ‘ISI’ marks from the Indian Standard Bureau and STAR RATING from Bureau of Energy Efficiency.

Company can offer the service if require at site, a qualified well experience engineer to visit and commission of goods. Our engineers can visit site of general services, preventive of any emergency support is required. Preferably we work on within 48 hours service criteria. And the Company will provide within 24 hours a Tele Solution if required, within India. “GANGA” has made phenomenal investments in the area of services and has supported the engineer’s arsenal with power-packed tools and equipments and an expertise to carry our repair activities after understanding the site conditions from the customer. Company has developed excellent state-of the-art setup to repair the products which means that any product sold by company and covered under ‘Service policy can be returned to Synthetic Industries, Rajkot for repair/service and the same will be returned back after service to cater minimum breakdown time.
